Property Projects That Will Make Your Shrine Shine

Home improvement projects are a great way to increase the eye appeal of your property, and even to increase its value. But this doesn't mean that you have to invest in costly remodeling projects or new constructions. A simple paint job (using the right colors) and some landscaping projects are just a couple of effective ways to make your home shine. As a property manager, I understand first hand what it takes to set a home apart from the neighboring crowd – so I started this blog in hopes that I can inspire others to plan their own fun projects in and around their homes. Let this site be your guide to a new and improved palace!

The ducts of your AC can harbor many different airborne particles. These can be things like dust can allergens that cause respiratory problems. If you want cleaner air, here are some tips to help you keep your ducts clean:

If you want clean air in your home, regular filter changes are an essential maintenance task. There are many filters available, which some are marketed as anti-allergen filters. Do not use these filters because they can restrict airflow to your system. Instead, change your filter more frequently to ensure that there is no dust and debris in your AC.

If you live in an area with a lot of dust, such as near a dirt road, have duct cleaning done more often to keep your system clean and working efficiently.  Insufficient insulation can also cause this problem, which can be worse in areas like crawl spaces. If you have ducts in these areas, consider having them sealed off to reduce moisture problems in your HVAC system.

4. Seasonal Checkups And System Maintenance To Remove Debris

Regular maintenance can also help to keep airborne debris out of your home. These tasks include checking mechanical parts and removing debris in areas around heat pumps, blowers and other equipment. Doing this maintenance before you switch from heating to cooling can help to reduce problems with your HVAC, as well as help keep the air in your home clean.
